Syllabub

Serves 6-8

1/4 cup sugar

4 tablespoons lemon juice and rind

6 tablespoons Flag Hill Farm Hard Cyder

2 tablespoons medium dry sherry

Combine and let stand for 3 hours. Strain

2 cups heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

6-8 slices lemon

Beat the cream to soft peaks adding strained spirits.

Garnish with slices of lemon
