Use Vermont Still Hard Cyder in place of white wine when cooking almost any chicken, pork, or soup recipe. Delicious! Serve chilled for a pub lunch with Vermont cheddar cheese, fruit, and a crusty, whole grain bread. Delicious with ethnic and spicy foods from fajitas, to curries, to couscous. Make a Holiday Punch with our Vermont Sparkling Hard Cyder. Steep whole cinnamon sticks, cloves and fresh ginger slices in small amount of boiling water.
