Flag Hill Farm is proud to announce the release of our newest product, Pomme-de-Vie.

Pomme de vie is inspired by the French apple brandy, Calvados. Also known as an 'eau-de-vie' or 'water of life', our Vermont apple brandy is
a smooth, dry, and crystal clear distillation of the essential flavor and aroma of apples.

Made with traditional, time-honored techniques, from our own unsprayed apples in dozens of varieties. We double distill our slow-fermented and barrel-aged hard cyder over an open flame to produce a brandy with maximum flavor and aromatics.

Savor Pomme-de-Vie as an after dinner or apres-ski drink. Use in any recipe calling for apple brandy or Calvados to create unique and special
Vermont entrees and desserts that will be long remembered!
